On February 9, 2019, the Petaluma Post 1929 Auxiliary in conjunction with Rosemarie Feickert hosted a tea for about 120 guests. Mrs. Feickert has been collecting beautiful tea sets her entire life, and the Auxiliary was fortunate to collaborate with her to host this Fundraiser. The tables were beautifully set for high tea and guests were served by the Petaluma Sea Scouts (Compass Rose). Different types of tea were served and accompanied by an assortment of finger sandwiches, scones with homemade lemon curd and strawberry jam, and various desserts including petit fours. A fashion show featuring Chico’s and Sole desire took place during the tea, and many of the members of the auxiliary and their friends and family took part in the modeling. The event was a successful fundraiser, and was enjoyed by the attendees. A big thank you to Pat Wapp for chairing this incredible event.
